Welcome to the SK Mankilam youth platform. This guide covers creating your account, signing in, recovering your password, referral codes, and how public membership verification works.

Create an account

1

Fill in the registration form

On the Create Account page, enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, and a password. You can also continue with Google.Your password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. A strength meter helps as you type.
2

(Optional) Enter a referral code

If a friend referred you, enter their code in the format SKM-XXXXXX. This is optional — see Referral codes.
3

Agree to the terms and submit

Tick the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice checkbox, then submit. You’ll see a confirmation that a verification link was emailed to you.
4

Verify your email to activate

Open the email and click the verification link. Your account is activated when you click that link — you’re then taken to your dashboard.
Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the SK office — and you can register again with the same details.

Go to the Sign In page and enter your email and password (or use Continue with Google). After signing in you’re taken to your dashboard.

Reset your password

1

Request a reset link

On the Sign In page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and submit. We’ll email you a reset link.
2

Use the link within 1 hour

The reset link is valid for about 1 hour. Click it, then set a new password (same rules: 8+ characters with upper, lower, and a number).
For your security, resetting your password signs you out of all other devices. You’ll need to sign in again on those devices.

Referral codes

If a current, approved KK member invites you, you can use their referral code (SKM-XXXXXX):
  • At sign-up — enter it in the optional Referral Code field. A referral link (/auth/register?ref=SKM-XXXXXX) fills it in automatically.
  • Later — go to My Account → Referrals → “Were you referred?” and apply it.
A referral code can only be applied once and can’t be changed, and you can’t use your own code. Applying a code records who invited you.

Membership verification

Every approved KK member has a Member ID (their referral code). A public verification page lets anyone confirm membership without logging in:
  • Visiting /verify/{member-id} shows a Verified Member card with the member’s name, status, profiling year, and barangay — or a Member Not Found message if the code is invalid or the member isn’t verified yet.
Only minimal information is shown (name, status, barangay, profiling year) — never your birth date, phone, or email.

Your account

Open My Account from the dashboard. It has four tabs:

Profile

View your personal, contact, and address details, plus your Member ID and (once approved) your Digital ID card to download.

Activity

A feed of your recent activity — registration, equipment, solicitation, service hours, and scholarship updates.

Referrals

Your referral code and link, shareable cards, and the members you’ve invited.

Preferences

Dashboard options (welcome banner, default view) and a Reset Password shortcut.
Profile details are shown for viewing here. To update them, use the KK Registration form.
