How to apply
The application is a 4-step form. Documents are uploaded afterward on your application’s status page (not in this form).1
Personal Information
Name, contact details, birth date, and address. If you have a verified KK registration, these are pre-filled. Confirm you’re a registered voter.

Academic Information
School, course, year level (1st–4th), GWA, and application type (New or Renewal). Expected graduation is optional; academic year and semester are filled in automatically.

Financial Information
Monthly family income and number of dependents.

Review & Submit
Review the eligibility summary, confirm you have no government scholarship, and agree to the declaration before submitting.
You can have one active application at a time. Your progress auto-saves as you fill out the form.
Required documents
After submitting, upload these 7 documents on your application’s status page, then click Upload All Documents:Most documents accept PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 5 MB each. The 2×2 ID picture must be a JPG or PNG up to 2 MB.
Service hours
Scholars complete community-service hours (per SK policy, 8 hours per semester — your service-hours page shows your specific target and progress). To log hours, go to Scholarship → Service Hours → Log Hours and fill in:- Service type (Community Service, Office Work, Event Support, Cleanup, or Other)
- Activity (what you did), optional description and location
- Service date and hours worked (0.5–24, in half-hour steps)
- Optional start/end time
- Proof of service — photos or documents (JPEG, PNG, or PDF; up to 5 files, max 10 MB each)
Each entry is reviewed. Statuses are Pending Review → Reviewed (Awaiting Finalization) → Approved (or Rejected, with a reason). You can delete an entry only while it’s still Pending.
