The SK Mankilam Digital Platform is the official online home of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Mankilam, Tagum City. It lets the youth of the barangay register as members and access SK programs and services from anywhere — no need to line up at the SK office. This guide explains how to use the platform: creating your account, registering as a Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) member, and using the youth services available to you.

Who is this for?

This platform is for the youth (Katipunan ng Kabataan) of Barangay Mankilam, aged 15–30. Registering makes you an official KK member and unlocks the SK’s programs and services.
KK Registration is part of the annual youth profiling mandated by DILG MC 033-2022 and the SK Reform Act (RA 10742). It helps the SK plan programs based on the real needs of the barangay’s youth.
