KK Registration (annual profiling) is the official youth registration for Barangay Mankilam, under DILG MC 033-2022 and the SK Reform Act (RA 10742). It’s required to use SK services — equipment borrowing, the scholar program, and solicitation letters — and must be renewed each year.

Who can register

Eligibility

  • Resident of Barangay Mankilam, Tagum City
  • Aged 15–30 years old
  • A valid government-issued or school ID
  • An active email address

Age groups

  • Child Youth — 15–17
  • Core Youth — 18–24
  • Young Adult — 25–30
Youth aged 31+ are not eligible, and the system validates your age from your birth date. If you’re 30 now but turn 31 during the year, you may still register this year.

How to register

1

Create and verify your account

Sign up, verify your email, and log in (see Getting Started).
2

Complete the 5-step form

From your dashboard, start KK Registration and complete:
  1. Personal Information — name, sex, birth date, place of birth, civil status (plus your contact details)
  2. Address Information — address lines, purok/zone, and region/province/city/barangay
  3. Educational & Work Information — youth classification, educational attainment, work status, and SMS-notification consent
  4. Identity Verification — choose an ID type and upload a photo of the front (back optional)
  5. Review & Submit — review everything, then accept the Terms and Data Privacy Notice
3

Wait for review

After submitting you’ll get an email confirmation, and your dashboard will show your application as Under Review — see below.

Accepted IDs

School ID, National ID (PhilID), Driver’s License, UMID, Philippine Passport, Voter’s ID / COMELEC, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, TIN ID, Postal ID, or PRC ID.
ID photos can be JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC (iPhone photos), up to 5 MB each. Front of the ID is required; back is optional.

What happens after you submit

1

Submitted (Pending)

You receive an email confirmation; your dashboard shows the application as Under Review. Review usually takes 3–5 business days.
2

Kagawad review

SK Kagawads review your application. They may approve it, request corrections, or escalate it for further review.
3

Chairman finalization

The SK Chairman makes the final decision and reviews any flagged applications.
4

Approved

You’re notified by email, your membership is activated, and your uploaded ID documents are deleted after verification for data-privacy compliance.

If changes are needed

  • Revision Required — a fixable issue (e.g., a blurry ID). Your dashboard shows the reasons; click Edit and Resubmit to fix and resubmit for a fresh review.
  • Rejected — an ineligibility (e.g., age or residency). You can’t resubmit for the current year, but you may register again next profiling year.

Annual renewal

KK profiling is renewed each year. On renewal, your previous details are pre-filled, but you’ll need to re-upload your ID. Keep your profile current to maintain active membership.
Once approved, you unlock the Scholar Program, Equipment Borrowing, and Solicitation Letters, and you receive a referral code (your Member ID).
